This piece is Unsigned, however I feel it is an attribute to Crown Trifari, (per my research) looks so much like "Jewels of India" by Alfred Philippe, the classic highly detailed compact array of peking glass and lapis (faux) and the very Regal crowned center of clear rhinestones surrounding central focal, set inside a frame work of goldtone shell shapes giving a Maltese cross formation... measures 1.75" in very good Vintage condition !
