Audubon Birds of America Octavo 1st Edition American Robin, Plt. 142 You are bidding on an original John James Audubon Royal Octavo Edition print from The Birds of America. It is a hand colored original lithograph from 1840. It is untrimmed at approximately 10” x 6.5” and retains the original binding edge. The colors are amazing. The paper shows normal aging. There are no flaws aside from those represented in the photo. Many of my prints also retain the original protective pages adding to their value and quality. It has been carefully preserved using archival grade materials, sealed in a polyethylene sleeve and stored in a dark, cool environment.I am more than happy to answer any questions.
