~~~ Vintage AUNT JEMIMA Cookie Jar and Salt & Pepper Set ~~~ ***Please view other auction under andrienneshop because other Aunt Jemima items are listed*** I am not sure of the exact age but I inherited the jar in the 70's, and later purchased the salt and pepper set from an estate in northern Virginia (age unknown). COOKIE JAR Maker unknown 12 inches tall, across top when opened 4 1/2 x 7 inches Great shape for the age Some red missing at bottom of dress back side and around inside edge (see pics) I am not a pro but assume this is proper term (shows crazing) which is natural for the age SALT AND PEPPER SET Maker unknown 3 1/2 inches tall x 1 1/2 inches across base Great shape NOT SURE OF AGE but do not think they are as old as the cookie jar TOOTHPICK HOLDER Maker unknown 4 1/4 inches at tallest point x 3 inches across base Great shape NOT SURE OF AGE but do not think as old as cookie jar SERIOUS PROMPT PAYING BIDDERS ONLY!!
