Up for auction today is this Aurora Color Changing Clock. It was made by the Kirsch-Hamilton in the 1970’s. It is a nightlight and a clock all wrapped upinto one. This Aurora Clock appears tokeep good time. The body of the clock is in good condition. The back plate has been replaced. The clock lights up and has good color. However, on the color cycle rotations a darker color appears around the outer edge of the clock “please see photos”. Not sure if it just needs a good cleaning or if there is a more serious problem. It still displays well and is fun to watch. This clock measures 8 inches long, 8 inches high and 5 inches wide. The serial number is 25894. This clock is amazing and impossible to find! This happens with these at this age, due to heat from the bulb. Barry Gamble at ChronoArt will replace the filters in these.
