THREE PIECES AUSTRIAN COLD PAINTED METAL ARAB or TURKISH FIGURES RUG MERCHANT, BEGGAR? WITH BASKET are three great polychrome pieces marked AUSTRIA. The first is an ashtray or table sculpture featuring an Arab or Turkish merchant holding a prayer rug. The base has a detailed outdoors appeal with greeenery and even a small pond or river. Entire piece measures 4 1/2" tall and the base is approx. 5 1/2" x 4". The rug itself is very detailed and is about 1 1/4" wide. This has a lot of detail, but some paint loss due to age. Basket measures 2" wide and 1 1/2" tall. The beggar has a Turbaned head and is squatting. He has colors of red, black, copper and brown. He is missing one hand.
