Auth: Antique Sarouk Early Transitional Lustrous Wool Red Beauty Ca 1915 Perfect! NR Here is a magnificent Classic Elegant Weaving!Good Age on this one Pre 1920 and in near mint full pile condition! ( sometimes called Mohajaran in the trade )I would say this piece is a non workshop weaving and more of a village weaving as it was never over dyed and is full of lazy lines which depict great age in rug connoisseurship!the piece is fire like and intense and radiates a warmth that just communicates with ones soul!It has stylized birds and pomegranates and its just exciting!
