Genuine George Nelson Multicolor Ball Clock by Vitra. Unlike the "almost identical" or "inspired by" Nelson clocks which infest these pages, this is the real, Nelson Estate-approved museum quality reproduction by the Vitra Design Museum. Factory quartz movement, carefully matched period-correct colors, sturdy perfectly constructed components. This particular clock has been in a box for several years, after a brief use in a store display. It is essentially perfect, as-new condition, save for a little dust. We took it out of the box, put a battery in it, and ran it for a few days to be sure it ran properly, and to take the photo. The current retail price of this clock is $335.00 at a variety of retailers. If you've read this far, you probably know all about the Vitra Nelson clock series, and have just been hoping for one at a decent price.
