Measurements: The Murano TURTLE sculpture measures approximately 9" wide, 9.5" long and 3" inc. Tall The Turtle decorated inside the glass With Copper Leafs. This is an authentic Murano Glass sculpture blown in a family workshop on Murano Island BY FORMIA, where the glassmaking tradition has flourished for eight hundred years. This MURANO Glass Turtle comes with the sticker of the Murano Glass. Each MURANO glass Turtle is unique as each sculpture is made by hand, and it is nearly impossible to find two identical pieces. Murano Glass is only made on Murano Island in Venice, Italy. It has special features like rich colors and uneven shapes. When masters create Murano Glass by hand, they do not use exact measurements or machines to create perfect shapes or perfect polish. Therefore, most Murano Glass pieces may come out slightly asymmetrical. Murano Glass cannot be made in China. It can only be made in Venice, Italy using specific methods and techniques used by Murano Glass artisans for over a thousand years.
