This is an authentic NASA document issued by NASA in support of the ATMOSP EXPLORER AE-C PROJECT. This 35-page document was issued by NASA on December 7, 1973 and is the ATMOSP EXPLORER PROJECT AE-C MISSION OPERATION REPORT. The AE-C spacecraft was launched in 1973 from the Western Test Range using a two-stage Delta launch vehicle.
