This is a Genuine Lineberry Cart professionally restored and refinished to become a fine antique table for someone's home. This is my 7th cart that I have redone and my customers have always been delighted in my work. I have restored many antiques and decided to offer them on ebay. I hope the pictures show the years of character preserved as well as the newly refinished features and you are able to see this cart will last another 100 years. This cart was aquired in a furniture factory recently where it was still in use. It was manufactured by the Lineberry Foundry and Machine Co. in North Wilkesboro NC. All parts have been removed, cleaned, black coated, and sealed with clearcoat. The wood has been sanded down, stained, and 3 layers of polyurethane has been applied. The letters have been restored with the exact stencil used by the original Lineberry Company and are perfect on both sides. The top was removed and replaced with solid oak that was salvaged from an old farm. The oak has been planed and sanded and is free of any defects. The screw holes have been plugged and blend in. With 4 layers of polyurethane protection the cart will last another 100 years.
