A gorgeous African stool With a rich & complex tribal patina Deeply conveys age and use this is truly a field used artifact of a tribal African way of life SHONA a dense old hardwood stool solid as a rock with base completely intact and ground patinated Over 10 inches tall, seat around 9.5 inches across Heavy! 4 pounds 10 ounces As with all such objects it is decidedly one-of-a-kind Each hand hewn personal stool a themed sculpture, art that stands on it's own reaching forward to capture the imagination of the present WE BELIEVE THIS STOOL WAS MADE before 1950 and was a valued one owner personal possession.
