Blount" Postmaster General letter. FIRST DAY OF ISSUE: Missouri Sesquicentennial 8-cent stamp. Mounted on 8x10 inch photograph of Harry Truman and Lyndon Johnson. SIGNED by Sarah T. Hughes (swore Lyndon Johnson into office on Air Force 1 following President Kennedy's Assassination. Only woman to swear in a U.S. President. FIRST DAY OF ISSUE: Eisenhower 6-cent stamp. Mounted on Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force letterhead. SIGNED "Oveta Culp Hobby (first Commanding Officer of the Women's Army Corps (WAC). FIRST DAY OF ISSUE: Eisenhower 6-cent stamp. Typescript "Dwight D. Eisenhower. SIGNED "Arthur W. Radford" U.S. Navy (Ret). FIRST DAY OF ISSUE: 8-cent Apollo stamp.
