It is marked on the side OFFICIAL VEGUM - MADE IN SLOVAKIA . The top of the puck is AUTOGRAPHED in GOLD PAINT PEN on the COLORADO AVALANCHE logo. Reverse is marked INGLASCO OFFICIAL LICENSED NHL PRODUCT . A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA) from PACIFIC COAST AUTOGRAPHS is included, complete with business name, address, phone number and email address. The puck has some light wear, but excellent collector piece. We have a number of other items running at the same time and will combine shipping for multiple purchases when practical.
