Nine early issues of The Avengers: # 40 May '67, #'s 42-46 July-Nov. '67, #'s 48 & 49 Jan.-Feb.1968. Also King-Size Special #1, Sept. 1967 All are intact, tight, and clean, covers whole and glossy, colors good, though white page borders and back covers have yellowed; books remain supple. Note: small tear at top of cover #48, rate that issue at 5.0, staples of #46 applied off center spine by printer (unsure how to grade error). Grade Special issue easily at 6.5. R est of group a solid 6.0. All from the collection of a single owner, each in a p olyethylene bag . No Reserve Price! Posted shipping cost includes insurance.
