This listing is for a signed and numbered limited variable edition woodblock print by Ohio artist Andrea Starkey . The impressive amount of carving put into the two block, four impression print led to a first place award at 2011's DAYTON AREA WORKS ON PAPER . The print was also awarded second place in a relief print show in San Antonio, Texas.The print up for auction is signed and numbered 6/50 v.e., has a gradient blue-green background with black tree branches and the image extends edge to edge. It is printed on 20" x 16" handmade Japanese paper and in the typical moku hanga fashion, with waterbased inks and hand pulled with a baren. It will be shipped rolled in a mailing tube. This is an original piece of fine art, not a reproduction. ABOUT THE ARTIST Andrea Starkey is an award winning printmaker and pastel artist.
