Aynsley Cabinet ORCHARD FRUIT HP Cup Saucer Sgn D Jones Search Antique Aynsley bone china tea cup and saucer made in England. The inside of the cup has a wonderful hand painted still life of orchard fruit and leaves done in great colors and signed D. Jones at lower right. The outside of the cup and the top surface of the saucer are painted in a lovely shade of turquoise or aqua blue, with gold trim on the scalloped edges and cup handle and foot. The undersides are marked as shown. Both pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and only a few tiny spots of blue paint wear, no wear to the still life. The cup is 2-3/4" tall at the handle and 4" in diameter, the saucer is almost 5-7/8" in diameter. Email me with questions. Thanks and regards.
