DURING WORLD WAR II WHEN GASOLINE WAS RATIONED, DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU WERE ISSUED AN "A", "B" OR "C" STICKER TO PUT ON YOUR WINDSHIELD. THIS IS AN UNUSED "B" STICKER DATED 10-1-42. WITH IT YOU GET THE OPA (OFFICE OF PRICE ADMINISTRATION) INSTRUCTIONS, AND THE ORIGINAL ENVELOPE IT WAS MAILED IN, THAT IS POSTMARKED DEC. 29, 1944, FROM THE WAR PRICE & RATIONING BOARD AT HERMANN, MO. SELLS AT NO RESERVE. WOULD LOOK GREAT ON YOUR PRE-1942 AUTO.
