Dorothy Okumoto?? Super cute! The handwriting looks like it was done by one of the Okumotos: Peter or Dorothy. BUT instead of signing their name they wrote "porcelain Hawaii" twice and then "plumeria". Two flower pedals are broken, otherwise in excellent condition. Measures about 3" long. Shipping will be $4.95 to any U.S. zipcode. In almost ALL cases we use USPS Priority Mail. However, we reserve the right to use First Class Airmail (packages under 13oz.) or Parcel Post for large or heavy packages.
