Professionally Weathered by The Weathering Works ... Please check out our eBay shop! WEATHERED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS Bachmann 2 car DMU Blue / Grey Class 108 DCC READY Loco is DCC ready. When i bought this item i tested it on standard DC and it didnt work. I then realised it had a DCC chip fitted. Upon testing on my dcc system it started very sluggish due to the dcc chip having a speed step issue. So i have removed and binned the chip from the driving loco. With a new blanking plug fitted the loco now works great on standard dc. So this unit comes DCC ready and upon testing now on standard analogue / DC control runs perfectly. Please note: Unit has very minor damage to the underframes where its taken a little knock in the past as can be seen in the photos. Due to this the underframe element of the loco is sold as seen but as i described above it runs nicely upon test. Unboxed but will be well wrapped for postage! Weathered into realistic appearance... These units would have their bodysides cleaned very regularly but the underframes and roofs remained dirty... this realistic appearance has been added to this model. Dirty and Grimy Weathering Track grime added to the underframes and body sides Each item is individuallyweathered by hand and airbrush using a variety of techniques.
