He is painted a bright green with red trim and has a happy expression and moving eyes. He measues 4 inches (10cm) long, 1.25 inches (3cm) wide and 2 inches (5cm) tall. Like all of the Bachmann brand Tomas Tank Engine items, Percy engine comes with Hook and Loop Couplers installed and is compatible for use on HO/OO Scale trac with other brands like Hornby ect. We originated in Rantoul, IL right outside of the Chanute AirForce Base. Bryant Thompson was the founder of Slot and Wing. His experiences as a world class modeler of Scale Planes and Boats brought Slot and Wing a great reputation throughout the central Illinois area. In fact he sold Don Anderson (founder of GreatPlanes) his first Radio. Since the founding of Slot and Wing it has now had several owners. Bryant Thompson first sold it to his daughter "Christie Thompson" back in 1976 and she opened a shop in Champaign. In 1982, it was sold to her brother Mark Thompson who ran the business for 25 years moved the store 4 times in Champaign and sold it to his son Cole Thompson and two partners, Randy McDaniel and Chad Hoover. Our store has unique value, we are located in the same town as the two largest hobby distributors in the world; Hobbico and Horizon Hobby. Since we're in their backyard; we have very fast access to their warehouses. That bonus and 44 years of business is why we have accumulated a dense inventory. Our store seems like it's 90% product and 10% air. Below you will find many brands of Radio Control vehicles. We carry a lot more beyond just Radio Control vehicles.
