This is a Bachmann G Scale Rio Grande Southern Lighted Caboose Spectrum (item #88796) Narrow Gauge in New condition. The wheels have not been on the tracks. It comes complete, nothing is broken or missing. It does have lights on the inside and outside that work. There is a option to use the current from the track or you can use batteries for the lights. There is a switch on the bottom. Also the roof does come off. It does have detailed interior and both doors open and close. The shell is plastic, the truck side frames and wheels are metal. The trucks are sprung. The steps, end rails, both latters, all the hand rails and both brake wheels are metal. The wire underneath the frame is metal, it also comes with two extra couplers.
