Purchased new for my (ever changing) diorama, this loco offered great details suitable for my old-time, branchline display. I applied lettering and #s with Micro Scale decals - skillfully done, with little if any visible decal film. I could only test run with DC control: takes a lot of power to get started, then can be throttled down; my whistle control did not work, so only heard Bachmann's programmed sounds. I do not know about DCC operation, but think it would give better power/speed control as well as access to the full spectrum of Tsunami sounds. In factory packaging with instructions and add-on details (e.g., different tender loads). Any excess postage paid will be refunded less $2 for handling/materials.The small numbers on sides of the headlight do not match loco #s under the cab and on the tender. However, as normally viewed (not magnified by the camera) the headlight #s are too small to identify. It was impossible to cut and individually apply the smaller #s.I ACCEPT RETURNS IF MAILED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS, an option no longer offered in Ebay’s standard format (now 30-day period). I am not a store and sell models because I want to buy something new, not wait a month while an indecisive Buyer thinks it over.CORRECTION. The coal load is installed in the tender, and there are alternative load inserts (wood and oil) available read more
