Hello Nintendo Fans! Each unit takes several hours to convert cleanly; this is the only custom unit with a selectable brightness switch and new conductive pads, these aren't massed produced with little regard to quality! As a bonus, I will include a new protective transparent screen cover that you can apply over the glass screen cover for added protection!This auction is for a custom Backlit Indigo / Purple colored Nintendo Gameboy Advance system with the original gameboy advance motherboard (Not a Chinese clone) and the official Brighter Nintendo SP backlit AGS-101 LCD gameboy screen (Not an aftermarket screen, the real deal pulled from a Gameboy SP AGS-101). Something you don't see with other sellers that do this modification though is a brightness selector! This one has it! Pop open the battery cover and use the toggle switch by flipping it with a small eyeglass screwdriver or other small tip tool. Settings are up for high or flip down for low illumination to save battery life or make it easier on your eyes! The pictures showing the mario kart main screen side by side the high and low illumination settings, it's very noticeable during game play.The case, all the buttons, screws and conductive pads are all new third party parts. Other sellers don't offer new conductive pads with their units, be careful with shiny looking new units that have dead button spots! These new third party parts look to be molded off of the original nintendo parts so the match is near identical and button response is like a new unit. The new GLASS screen cover is secured by silicone adhesive and cured for 1 day, no tape! Other units being sold have taped on screen cover which have inconsistent adhesion, teeter tottering on the corners, are bowed in the shell, and can become unstuck over time. The glass screen is brand new. As a bonus I am including a protective cover sized exactly to the screen so that you can apply on the glass screen for added protection! The AGS-101 Lcd has No dead pixels. Because these aren't installed in a clean room, there may be one or two tiny dust fibers on the inside of the screen; near perfect and not visible during gameplay, I do my best to quickly get the screen and lcd mounted with little exposure to air. Transfer port tested and functional, headphone port works, speaker works, and all buttons work tight, and the motherboard contacts were cleaned with contact cleaner.The L/R buttons on this specific unit are very Just finished this conversion so the case hasn't been played with other than running the test game.
