An ancient terra cotta goddess figure head, broken off of it's base, probably for sacrificial purposes, from the Bactrian region in Western Asia (part of the Silk Road trade), dating from around the first millennium BC, or about 2,500 years in age more or less. The condition is mostly good , showing great age and wear overall, about 25 mm wide by 15 mm thick by 29 mm (1-1/8 inches) from top to bottom.Please check the dimensions, most photographs have been enlarged, and may look larger than the size of the actual items.
