BADGER METER MFG. COMPANY ADVERTISING COVER MILWAUKEE A advertising gimic of Badger Meter Manufacturing company, Milwaukee Wisconsin, of a antique brass meter cover mounted on solid wood (mahogany?). This was found on the desk in the library of the estate with paperclips in it. Not a bad idea. In excellent condition, all mounts and hinge in great shape. Has felt pad protector on base of wood.
