3x Lot of 300 wheat pennies I HAVE NOT SEARCHED. Plus two bonus rolls, a total of 1000 Wheat pennies.Backstory on these pennies: These were handed down to me after my grandparents passed away. I remember my grandmother collecting them for decades when I was younger. She collected them all her life. She also was a "checker" (cashier) at the grocery store chain Alpha Beta for 30+ years, so she collected a LOT of these wheat pennies. My grandparents were not actual "coin collectors" they simply collected coins and put them in old wine bottles.Now I have them, they weigh a ton, and I have no kids to pass along to - so they need to be sold. I know nothing about coins.Here is what I did with these, please forgive my OCD and overly enthusiastic desire to organize everything: I dumped a bunch (what I could handle) into a big plastic bowl, then in a jewelry organizer I carefully labeled with post-it notes, painstakingly sorted them over two days, by year. Why? I don't know.... It just seemed like that's what a person would do. Then I was going to roll them into the standard paper rolls, by year, I even went to the bank to get penny rolls. So I was going to roll ALL these pennies by year that I painstakingly sorted (my eyes hurt like crazy from strain and cheap reader glasses) and I finally realized....WHY?
