UP FOR AUCTION AN EXTREMELY USEFUL TWO-TONE PRETTY PINK & BLACK BAKELITE SEWING COTTON / THREAD HOLDER & SEPARATE NEEDLE HOLDER {there are some needles, 4 little reels of thread & a thimble included as seen in the photo} which all comes together to form a DARNING MUSHROOM DARNER When lidded, the little pot holds small reels of cotton / threads and there is a needle case/holder here too. Put the needle case/holder into the inside rise of the lid to form a darning mushroom! Ingenious. Impressed on the base: Made in England Vintage and dating from the 1930-40s; useful then and today.
