This listing is for a Ball Mason Half Gallon Jar, in Ball Blue with a Ball Zinc Lid and Milk Glass Insert and Rubber Seal . The underside of the jar is marked "V .". The top of the lid is marked "Ball". The glass insert is unmarked. The logo is underscored with the 3L loop after Ball and dropped A, dating the jar between 1896 and 1910. The jar has no cracks or chips including on the screw down and inside lip, though there is a fleabite on the inside lip. The glass has light marks or scratches from use or storage. There are air bubbles inside the glass as commonly found in jars of the period. The embossing is very light with "MASO" almost not visible. The glass is very nice and clear. The lid is extremely clean with no dents or dings. The Milk Glass insert is free of cracks and chips. The Rubber Seal is pliable. The jar roughly measures 9" high with the lid, 4 1/2" in diameter and weighs 1 lb 7.9 oz with the lid. Shipping, Payment and Other Information - Pictures are of the item you will receive.
