BALLET CLASS OUTFIT Most of the time ballerinas wear plain old leotards and tights and work, work, work on training their bodies to be strong and in-control. Made to fit your American Girl or other 18 inch doll or Bitty Baby (their bodies are the same size; the difference is in the length of their legs). These are the classic ballet colors, required in all the best ballet schools. Here's what you get: Black long-sleeved leotard (closes in back with velcro) Pink tights (you may want to fold under a little in the shoes for Bitty Baby) Ballet pink shoes. I have chosen these shoes with foam soles because the doll will stand up on her own in them. They are just the right color. If you'd rather, you can also order some pink satin ballet slippers and use these shoes just for 'street' wear to-and-from ballet class.
