The official Bally Midway Ms. Pac-Man 1983 Coleco game. This game works. Requires 4 "C" alkaline batteries or Coleco's 2298 Perma-Power Battery Eliminator/AC adapter (neither included). Original box and instructions included. The top front decal on the game has curled on one side shown in picture. The other decals look fine. There is a crack in the lower corner of the black plastic shown in picture. Also on the back one of the two snap connectors molded in the black pastic that fit thru the rectangular slots in the blue plastic is broken. Box is good condition for age but has some tears at top and a very small hole about the size of a dime on the lower back side. Instructions are good condition.
