This is a NEW IN THE BOX Barbaro, model number 1307 with a certificate of authenticity, mint condition, the box has never been opened. THIS MODEL HAS BEEN RETIRED ! ! ! I have included a LAMINITIS AWARENESS bracelet for the winner of this auction. It says " RIDING WITH BARBARO" After winning the 2006 Kentucky Derby, Barbaro " broke down " ( race track speak ) in the running of the Preakness. Sadly, he was later euthanized due to complications from LAMINITIS. Breyer donates $10.00 of each Barbaro purchase to the LAMINITIS FUND at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine.
