Parker 51 Special Fountain Pen This Parker 51 Special fountain pen is in like new condition, it hardly shows any signs of wear or use. I have not done any cleaning to it just water tested the sac and it works fine. What makes this pen unique is that there is an engraving on the cap that say "Pen Used By Gov John N Dempsey Signing Mortensen's Sub H B 4489 7-7-65" John Dempsey was the governor of Connecticut in the 60's. This may of been the only time this pen was used. I acquired this Parker pen from a auction that was exclusively fountain pens from one collector. This pen would make a great addition to a collection or used a daily writer. Please contact me with any questions
