This auction is for an Old Pinned Barrel for a Tower Musket. 31" long overall length. Rough Condition. Old Brown Finish. Only marking visible is BPJ 459 on top and crossed arrows on the bottom side. Breech plug tang is broke at the screw hole. Has had at least three rear sights put on over its life. Has three pinned inserts underneath. Bolster is cracked it was a flintlock originally. A good wall hanger barrel or project pc.. Part of a 50+ year collection of Civil War items from Xenia, Ohio. Great gift or display item for the CW buff or for Educational Purposes.
