Batman Returns Prop Penguin Oswald Cobblepot for Mayor Campaign Buttons Lot 3 ( 1992 ) Produced by the Batman Returns Art Department over 21 years ago for the fictional Gotham City Campaign for Mayor seen in the movie Batman Returns. The supporters ( portrayed by extra's ) of Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin (portrayed by actor Danny Devito) were handed these out on set directly by production. Preserved in mylar protective baggies since they were acquired over 2 decades ago. In very fine condition as shown. Large Pin-back buttons measure approx.: 3 1/2" to 4" across. Included is an original lab-developed studio produced photograph of the Penguin during Mayoral campaign and an extensive press kit with hand-signed Letter of Authenticity from the Museum of Science Fiction & Fantasy, which was well-known for the exhibits of original props, costumes, miniatures and production artwork they displayed and coordinated in the Los Angeles, California area and securing original production memorabilia for over 100 Planet Hollywood locations.
