Batman and Robin appear as DC animated characters to advertise for a Batman ring club. The sign was likely placed in a gumboil vending machine, while suggesting to Collect all 12 rings. The flicker alters Batman and Robin with action scenes of the Bat-Plane, Bat-Copter, Batmobile and the words Bam! Pow! This flicker sigh measures approximately 4 inches high by 5 inches wide. There are marks and stains on the back. At the bottom it reads C (copyright) National Periodical Publications Inc., 1966. Please email any questions in advance.
