You are bidding on a rolled authentic double-sided movie poster for the upcoming Batman The Dark Knight film starring Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, and the late Heath Ledger, directed by Christopher Nolan. This is the original advance teaser version "B" which features an image of Heath Ledger as The Joker with "Why So Serious" etched in blood red lettering. Double-sided is the term given to posters that feature the image on the front reversed on the backside. This is done for the movie theater light boxes you see in and out of movie theaters. This poster is 27x40 inches in size, rolled, and in mint, never displayed condition. * Please be advised the poster in this auction has a slight ripple on one small area of the poster, very faint, most people wouldn't notice it, and not affecting the image of Heath Ledger as the Joker at all. I strive to be a perfectionist when it comes to my posters, so I am selling these at a lower price. Other than that these posters are in mint condition, no folds, no tears, and never used. Don't be fooled by others on eBay selling used posters taken from a theater, or prints (which are nothing more than copies), true originals are double-sided and 27x40 inches in size. Original movie posters such as this are only intended for movie theaters only, as they are not sold in stores. I take great pride in how I package and ship out posters, doing so professionally, and packaging a poster up how I would want it to arrive to me if I was ordering it from someone. Sadly most poster sellers on eBay do not go to this length to insure that the product arrives in mint condition as many believe putting a poster in a tube with tissue paper is enough, when it isn't. Packages shipped through any carrier are handled by multiple people who generally don't understand the importance of the items inside and care to be taken, so if a poster isn't packaged properly, it can arrive damaged. All orders that I ship out, including international ones, are fully insured from the post office. International customers, yes I do ship anyw in the world.
