Up for bidding is a very scarce vintage 1950's photograph signed by two of the most prominent RAF fighter aces. Believed to have been signed in the 1950's. Air Vice Marshal James Edgar Johnson DSO DFC* Top Allied Fighter ace of World War II Group Captain James 'Jamie' Rankin DSO* DFC* Croix de Guerre Pilot and Officer Commanding No 92 Squadron in 1941 According to description on the back, the photo depicts top WWII ace Johnnie Johnson and Jamie Rankin after the last flight of the Spitfire in the RAF on 12th July 1957. A rare sized photo with very attractive signatures. Photo is in Very Good condition. Size: ~ 8" x 10" NOTE: WATERMARK IS NOT ON THE REAL PHOTO Shipping cost for registered/recorded delivery of items fetching a total price up to �45 will cost �9, above that value the cost will be �12. Items could be shipped standard airmail delivery at �4.50 but at buyer's OWN risk since there is no compensation for items lost from the Postal service and I cannot provide any certificate of posting for items sent as standard air mail, since the Swedish Post does not supply that service.
