NEWLY RE-DESIGNED : I am offering a prop pin based on size and proportions of a screen used costume prop that got into the hands of private collector and data and images were relayed to me to develop this new and most accurate version to date. My design is idealized but still includes the unique design of the prop design. The real prop pins are not made from quaility materials or plating and are often made from an asymetrical mold with bleed over edges. I have cleaned up the design to give fellow costumers and collectors a great item the can display with pride. If you bought a Senior Wing pin from me prior to JUN08 from one of my non-lot auctions, you have one of the older versions. This auction is for ONE senior pilot wing pin. The pin marked "new" (The "New" smaller version is the style you will receive) shows the size and shape changes from my previous version marked as "old" (The old version is pictured for comparision purposes only, it is NOT part of the auction. This is the style seen on BSG characters like Adama, Cain, Tigh, Fisk, and Stinger. It was commonly believed that the senior wing pin was based on the core size and shape of the standard pilot wing pin. However, once a real prop pin was examined, it was clear it was not the case.
