I have been commissioned to sell the collection of Herbert Wilczak, the author of "Who Made That Pipe", a directory of Briar Pipe Names , their makers/sellers and countries of origin in the 19th and 20th century. Mr. Wilczak had a large, personal collection of the very finest of Briar pipes. He preferred seasoned pipes. The pipes I am selling, for the most part, are in excellent condition, with a new appearance. I smell a hint of tobacco and assume that most have been enjoyed. These pipes have been cared for impeccably and the mouth pieces are clean. They should make a fine addition to any collection. I am new to the pipe market and am continuing to learn....so feel free to ask any questions and I will do my very best to answer you.
