NEW FLINTKNAPPED OBSIDIAN BLADE - (KNIFE) PEYOTE STITCHED BEADWORK on DEER ANTLER HANDLE By LIGHTFOOT of OREGON Total Length: 5" Blade: 2" Natural Volcanic Glass from Oregon. This bllade is a BEAUTIFUL mix of Mahogany, clear, and black obsidian. Handle: Deer Antler handle with tight precise peyote stitch beadwork in size 11 glass beads from the Czech Repuplic in "bone", bronze, and emerald green. Buckskin braids line either side of the beadwork and a single brass bead adorns the end of the signed handle. Lightfoot's work is well known both locally and abroad. He creates bead art as a full time job and does high quality as well as asthetically pleasing work. He is 1/4 Mescalaro Apache and currently resides on our local Reservation in Eastern Oregon.
