Included are 4 page News Bulletin...Original mailing envelope from Top Stars Fan Club with the ladies name in California...Official Lifetime membership card...and pictures that explain themself. The pictures are actual copies of the ones used for the Beatles 1st Series cards,now come on when did you ever see one of these in this condition?
