Adorable little Beatrix Potter figurine"Old Mr. Brown" - owl & squirrel Stands approx 3.25 in tall Widest part of base is approx 2.5 in Sticker on base says, "Beswick, England" Bottom stamped with Beatrix Potter's Old Mr. Brown; F. Warne & Co. Ltd. Copywright; Beswick England There is also a number stamped on the bottom - 1796 - not sure what that means, Model # or yr ??? Inherited this from an elderly couple - don't know history - but will try to answer any questions No chips or cracks, excellent condition - just looks old and needs a good dusting/cleaning - will leave to experts Thanks for looking!
