WELCOME TO OUR AUCTION This is a beautiful and extremely ornate sterling silver vintage photo frame. It is decorated throughout with a scroll design in a relief pattern, with very detailed flowers and heart designs. This item would make a perfect gift this coming holiday season, and at both the top and bottom of the frame are spaces for you to add a personalized engraving to make it extra special, please see the pictures to see this in detail. The frame is hallmarked AN within a shield, which is the solid silver makers mark. The rose which describes the city of origin, the lion which is the sterling silver mark, and the date letter W. In addition t is an engraved 925 inside a pair of scales, with an additional 925 stamp beside it. The back of the frame is covered in a royal blue plush velvet which compliments the silver beautifully.The frame is 7 1/2 inches high and 6 1/4 inches wide at the bottom of the frame. The width at the widest point of the top of the frame is 5 1/2 inches. The frame is slightly bell-shaped.It will hold a photograph of up to 5 1/2 inches by 4 inches.This item is in excellent condition. The craftmanship and quality has to be seen to be believed, it catches the light beautifully and is the perfect home for a special photograph or picture.
