BEAUTIFUL KORAN LEAF FROM THE MAMLUKS TIME: This is a very beautiful Koran leaf from the Mamluks ( Owned ) era. It is more than 500 years old . The text contains verses from Surat Al Isra'a . Foxing is evident as expected with such an old handwritten manuscript, with some damage on the borders and worming as well. The Verses are framed within a red frame. The text is written in bold Arabic letters with black ink, and the headings of Surats and some words are written in red-colored ink. The leaf is well preserved ; and measures 5.7? x 10.0?. It will be a nice addition to your collection when framed and hanged at your wall.
