DESCRIPTION: Because we purchased this Navajo ring for a great price we are offering it with no reserve. Very attractive, reservation found Navajo hand created unsigned coin silver .900 or higher large size 13 men's ring. Though this is a very large size and most likely created for a man, it could be worn by a woman as well. Features flanked silver sides which creates a bold face 1 1/8" long x 1 1/2" across. The center oval area 1 1/8" x 3/8" exhibits two old spider web turquoise nuggets of a blue-green color with dark matrix set into very intricate saw tooth cut bezels. Ground is shadow boxed to bring out the color of the stones and silver detail, two solid raindrops (silver beads) were applied to the interior. Ring is constructed with a single band that divides into two bands at the terminal with 7/8" wide silver band caps on each side of the ring, a very unusual and very handsome native American Navajo-Pueblo design, weighs 17 grams on a postal scale. We purchased several lovely pieces of native American jewelry from a dear Navajo Havasupai friend, so please be sure to view our other auctions. Left in 100% original & untouched condition, not recently cleaned or polished exhibits some expected wear from age. Please view the many photos provided.
