This is a new midlock folder featuring the beautiful damascus of Doug Ponzio. The pattern in the blade and the pattern in the bolster are the same but the bolster pattern is smaller and tighter, a really nice combination. The serpentine pattern seen in the top view of the knife is perfectly mirrored in the fileworked titanium liners. The scales are made of Russian mammoth ivory and are some of best I have seen in a l0ng time. They were obtained through a supplier in Hong Kong, expensive but this knife deserved the best. The titanium mainspring was anodized to an antique gold color which adds a note of interest to the interior of the knife. A mushroom shaped thumbstud, inlaid with a black diamond allows one to flick open the blade as fast as if it were an automatic. The blade is 3 1/8" long and the knife measures 7 1/4" long overall.
