This is a beautiful old Spongeware Bowl. It has a yellowish background with the paneling all around and a 1 1`2 inch raised lip. The bottom is stamped in the clay 8. The bowl also has Sammon`s Grocery on the inside. You can also see a hairline on the inside of the bowl in the second picture. On the outside you can barely see the hairline. You really have to be looking. It is 2 inches long. The bowl stands 4 1/4 inches high and 8 3/4 inches wide. T are no dings, cracks or chips on the bowl other than the hairline. The bottom rim has one slight clip about 1/8 inches long. We ship USPS and charge only exact shipping. The bowl alone weighs 4 lbs. I will put in at least 6 lbs. for shipping catergory. I do not wrap these boxes up until end of auction so please remember I am estimating the shipping now. You can plainly see on the box when it arrives what shipping cost is.
