This is such a lovely, colorful quilt. I have never seen one quite like it. I am calling it a wedding ring variation, because I'm not sure of the pattern. This beauty measures approx. 66 1/2 x 81 inches. It is hand quilted with 6 stiches per inch. T were a lot of feedsack and novelty prints used in the making of this quilt. The backing material is a true yellow that has been folded over and hand stitched to make the binding. The batting is cotton and it has shifted and became lumpy. You should be able to see this in the photos. The quilt still lays flat and displays beautifully. This is a medium weight quilt, not a summer quilt, but not real heavy either. I found one hole that does not go through to the back. It is about the size of a dime. T is also another area w the fabric is wearing thin. I have shown both in my photos.I am doing some spring cleaning and will be listing several more quilts. The last photo shows some of the other quilts I will have up for auction.
