Eisui (active ca. 1790 - 1799) Japanese Woodblock reprint Beauty and Teacup 1930's from Robert O. Muller collection Comments- Lovely Eisui print portrait from the golden age of the print period. Wonderful piece of a young beauty holding a tea cup. Especially notable is the soft color palatte, her kimono, the tea cup and hair bow all in beautiful pastel tones, the background in a soft shimmering silver mica. Beautiful piece, very rare to find in a reprint. Artist & Signature- Eisui (active ca. 1790 - 1799) Size- 10 1/2" x 15 3/4" Provenance and our guarantee- Robert O. Muller collection, collected by Muller in Japan in the 1930's. Each print sold with certificate of authenticity from Fuji Arts (noting Muller collection provenance). Condition- Excellent unless otherwise noted. Muller was known as a first rate conservator and took exquisite care when storing his prints. These
