Hello and welcome! Tuscany Book offers An original hand colored copper engraving from a fragment of the serial publication: Bilderbuch fuer Kinder Weimar: Industrie Comptoir, 1790-ca.1830. The hand colored engraving we offer was done for the ninth volume, 1816. This engraving was masterfully hand colored around 1816 at the time of publication. . A two page description of the engraving in French and German is included. Please check out our other listings offered on ebay. We try to list new items every day and will gladly give a shipping discount on multiple purchases. Size of the leaf with the original copper engravings: ca. 9.75” x 7.75” (245 mm x 200 mm). Condition: On hand-made, water-marked paper in good condition, with traces of aging: slight soiling, or spotting, original paper flaws or impurities, some "plate dirt," edge flaws, browning, light offsetting, etc. We will mention flaws that cannot be seen on the photograph. Please note: We never treat our prints with chemicals to enhance their appearance. Tfore, you can be confident that this engraving will not deteriorate beyond the normal aging process. .
